Just like our regular chicken eggs, but smaller. Popular with those for whom a smaller egg will do. Some insist that these are richer and tastier than the larger eggs. They're also pretty cute!
DUCK EGGS

Half Dozen $5.00
Great for baking or frying, duck eggs have a richer, bolder, and creamier taste than chicken eggs. Duck eggs are also higher, by volume, in Iron, Vitamin B12, Choline, and Selenium, making them an ideal choice for vegetarians and anybody wanting to boost in their daily nutrition.

This is a mix of 9 Chicken Eggs, 6 Duck Eggs, and 3 Turkey eggs. These are available occasionally during the late spring and summer months.

The Barnyard Mix will be the same as our eating eggs, but kept at stable temperature, turned, and unwashed. These need to be pre-ordered, with at least three days notice.
